As capacity allows, SCDS provides development opportunities for Forces by way of Force-based leadership development activities.

All activities in this Development Stream have been initiated at the request of individual Forces to assist in addressing a specific identified development need for small groups or teams.

The type of support available within this area of work is dependant on need, however, the following can be provided:

• Personal & Professional Development Planning (PDP)
• Group Activities or Workshops
• Trial Projects

All activities in this Development Stream will be subject to "terms of agreement" to be negotiated between the Force and SCDS.

Contacting SCDS: Any requests for Force-based leadership development activities should be discussed, in the first instance, between the Head of HR or the Force SPOC and the nominated Development Advisor (DA) for each Force.
